Colin is an experienced MD of environmental technology and waste management companies. With a business studies degree he went on to successfully forge a career at senior and executive levels within manufacturing and local government. Work at the forefront of waste management technology development for over a decade has led to many speaking engagements both nationally and internationally. He was invited to work on a number of central government waste policy related committees. Colin is the only member of the Environment Agency's Midland Region Environmental Protection Committee (REPAC) to be based in Gloucestershire. His association with the Waste Industry continues through his roles as Secretary of the Western Region and Chairman of the Midlands region of the Environmental Services Association. On their behalf he ran a series of national seminars during the introduction of the Landfill Tax. He is a founder member and Director of the Composting Association and continues to work at developing the market place for compost in the UK. Other roles include sitting on the management committee of The Natural Step UK and membership of the Environmental Policy Panel of the Institute of Directors.

James' experience spans Environmental Impact Assessment, Ecology and Internet design. However his principle field of expertise lies within the assessment and remediation of contaminated land. Having completed a BSc. in Zoology he also has a MSc. in Environmental Assessment and Management. Specialising in the ecotoxicological identification and bioremediation of contaminated land, James has extensive experience and knowledge of site investigation, assessment and remediation. He also has considerable experience of innovative waste management through the development and management of the UK's first interactive online waste exchange. He is also one of a small number of trained facilitators with The Natural Step UK, and is actively involved in the Company's continued research into environmental e-commerce.
